Klondike here....

Out today with my friend in South West Wis, just before the heavy rains hit...and our new H3tec LRL... didn't find the cahe we were looking for, mostlike not there, but we did find this... an 1865 2 cent piece just undere the surface and in really good shape...included pictures ...enjoy...

Hey Idaho...

Yes the first stop... have about 10 more cache site set up for this coming week all in SW Wis.....and hopefully get in some meteorite hunting too... set the H3 for Nickle or Irridium and do the searching....a young man had a baseball sized one from the recent meteor that hit near hear a couple of weeks ago... he was offered $10,000 for it and turned it down... hoping for a better price...I think I would have taken the sure money...

Mee tooooooo.....

We hope to get some meteorite hunting this next week.... it seems the meteorites are being found in an area about 5 miles by 12 miles...which is about 20 miles east of here, where I am staying.....

The actual meteor seems to have been the size of a SUV.... made great light and sound show when it came to about 10,000 feet elevation over south western Wis...started a couple of small tree fires...dented some roofs...

I'd like to find a small piece just to say I found something from space....  of course if I could sell it for $10 G's.. I probably would...

Ah these are pieces of the recent big one that hit a couple weeks ago. Post us some pics before you sell it if you find one, it has me curious. Be a nice way to pay for the trip Smiley
