I use a Whites MXT. Although the next trip to the states, I will be picking up a excal and a new coil for my MXT. They should pay for themselves fairly quick over here.

Yeay thats nice - it takes a while and a lot of research to pay for a detector over here in the US - but it doesn't take long for our Government to print a lot of money and devalue the $$$$ by a bunch - then your money goes a lot further here!!

That, plus nobody over here sells anything like that. Thank God, then everybody and there mother would be out here metal detecting. Our Dollar here is worth approx 1.25 us. Not bad, but if I order off e-bay or something like that, then I pay shipping, plus 20% duty on top of that, then clear it through customs....yada yada yada, it's just a hassle I hate going through. So when I go home for Christmas, I'll just pick my stuff up then.

Gainesville, Fl. Have a place in N.Ga also. Think we are going to go up there for a week or two for New years. My mom also has a place we can use in Flagler Beach, Fl as well. It doesn't matter where I go, as long as I can get off this rock once or twice a year. It's nice over here, just not a lot to do except eat, drink and party with the tourist...But I miss me some Waffle House...

I live here in Woodstock, Ga and yea I love Waffle House - my wife isn't wild about it so I have to sneak off myself every now and then - scatttered smothered and chunked - think I'll stop there for lunch today!!!
