I don't believe are agree with lots of stuff you post Hector do you want me to lock or edit your post?
This thread is a good example of the kind of conman and spammers out there and is a good learning tool for new folks. I don't think this thread should have been lock because of one member but will not unlock it till I talk with AU.

If you don't like a topic don't read its that simple. There are others who may find it interesting.

Those are strong words Hector. No offense though, we all have the right to express our feelings. This is, however, a great MD site for newbies like me and even experts to learn from each other. That's a very selfish viewpoint to hold. We find these things regularly and deal with them as moderators and other users discover the true story behind an item like this. Leaving it here may annoy you and that's just too bad. You really don't have to be here at all but clearly you choose participation. The reason we leave this kind of post here is not to annoy you, mate. It is to show the newbie that such things happen and that the combined  guardianship by moderators and experienced contributors will "out" the fraudsters.

In your case, I suggest that you allow the moderators to do their jobs and stay out of the way before you find yourself being moderated. That happens quite often when a member such as yourself becomes disgruntled with management. Try and learn from this. We do not care about you being upset over these kinds of posts being in your way. Too bad, so sad. Deal with it and take note that even though you have made a horse's rear end of yourself, we allow your posts to remain here so others can learn what not to do.

You know, I dont know wether or not this person found the bracelet he claims he found but unless you have specific proof why would you post such a terse comment?  On my third trip prospecting for gold, I found a 12 ounce nugget, a 3 ounce nugget, and a 3.5 ounce nugget in a patch, all less than 10 feet from one another with my Minelab Xterra 70.  The pics are posted on minelabs site. I know people from minelab who can confirm it. That seems incredible and it was but it did happen. I've found only two ounces since in the last 2 years, and now I'm using a GPX4500 I bought with my initial finds!  Sometimes truth is stranger than fiction and unless I knew for sure this was not true I wouldnt comment hatefully. Just wondering, why do you feel so strongly he didnt find these things?  Thanks.
