Found some gold in the park today Rider Whaooo! A small gold locket pendant filled with gold flakes. Weight is .05 ozt (1.3 grams). About $60.00 US. The pin looks like it might be a tie tack. Not sure if it is gold yet, but has a gold color, plus a caligraphic C on it. Must be mine. Lol.

A bad day at gold prospecting or metal detecting is better than a good day at work.

Thanks CC, the locket is 14k, but haven't verified the purity of the gold flakes. The tie pin is looking more and more like brass plated copper.

Gold is great! Just found the manufacture and distributor of it. Etsy is the distributor , and the manufacture is Janye Anye in California. Each one is hand made and....get this.....retails for $149.99. How sweet it is. Yessssss!

I have the artists email, so I will find more info. It is listed as vintage, so I guess it might have some age on it.

You must of been  set to all metal to find such small jewelry.I thought most discriminate settings would  of not sounded off very well on those two?   Good job recovering those.
