You bet! And that is why I do MD, I love to find the unusual stuff, even if it's not valuable. They are memories and good conversation pieces indeed!  Teach

I'll make you a small wager of 5c that if you ring them, they'd be over the moon that you found one of their tokens. In fact, I'll wager another 5c that they offer you big money for it. Maybe as much as $20.00!

It's all about that moment when metal that hasn't seen the light of day for generations frees itself from the soil and presents itself to me.

I pay your wager just to see the flop, but no matter what it is, even if I make a royal flush, I'll not give up my treasure. But, I'll let them know I found it!

Well, I learned something about the Gold-n-Detectors token today. They were planted by the shop's owner and his employees as part of a sale promotion. Some folks found up to five of them in Colorado for they were scattered over various locations. It is so funny because I was joking and laughing about it, but they actually did it. I must call the shop and ask if they also planted them in Chicago, which I doubt. They are still honoring them, so will see. Not giving mine out in trade though.  Wink

I'll let you more when I call.
