From the land of the Bluenose.....tried to get hold of Navy Davy to no avail and headed down to visit Serendipity Steve for a little field swinging. Day started off rather foggy but did clear up.

Good conversation and a great view made up for the lack of finds. After an hour and a tad I had to pack it in with SS and I planning an outing next Monday with the girls. Best find in the field was the gold guild button by SS.

Managed 6 modern pennies. After a coffee at his abode I started the hour long drive home detouring to the lowered lake to round off the quota for the day. Managed a 1954 dime which is the year of my birth. Tomorrow is taken up with my per operation tests.....oh joy!

it will be when you are well again and can go out detecting without all the meds. Only a few days before you'll be out walking on your own. Wishing you all the best and a fast recovery and lets not forget loads of good finds.
