This is the third and last one of my posts for my hunt of 9/11. As mentioned in part 2, among the trash/treasure found in the woods, there was this huge, scary skull silver ring. It was all tarnished when found, but the magic of baking soda paste brought the shine back to it. It weighs 39.7 g (1.4 oz) and it is about 2 inches long. The skull opens up to reveal a compartment for whatever use, I guess. Idea I looked online and could not find one like it. If anyone find it, please reply and post the link.

So two silver rings today and one yesterday, makes 3 silver rings in two hunts this weekend. Great

Oh, it could be, sure, why not! I mean what else the compartment can hold, but I could be wrong as well.  Undecided

It is indeed scary looking. It was more so when found. It had tape and it was really tarnished. My wife was (and I think still is) scared of it. I right away noted that it was silver and did not think it twice to pocket it and on with the rest of the stuff found. I haven't been able to find one like it online, but I see that those big/bold rings are quite expensive.  Cool

I'd take one of those Underdog pills to get X rays vision and see treasures through the ground ;-)

That is one of the coolest finds I've seen in a long time. Never seen any ring quite like that. I checked it out on my lunch break but didn't have time to reply so I came back just to say nice going. Clapp
