Go Up Go Down

This afternoon after work went to a park and found this ring with my pinpointer. It was on the surface and found it by accident because my pinpointer touched it while digging for a coin. It is very light .34g and seems silvery. My wife and I are debating whether it is a toe band from the Indian culture.  It needs some cleaning but the reddish stains are just glue. It seems that the stone got loose and it was glued back. Does anyone knows exactly what it is?
