It is near impossible to give you an answer.  Not knowing where you found them, what is common to the area, not knowing the structure of the crystals all means just a guess.  I suggest you look online to identify what you have found.   Really what we can see is a crystalline mineral and a bit of color, nothing that identify what you have.

that first new pic looks like raw asbestos,if is give it a wide berth, better safe than sorry, they maybe mineral deposits there the green stuff sounds like malacite, or an other form of copper salt, ive seen green crystals in cornish rocks caused by the weathering of copper in the rocks, you need to get it checked out, nothing to lose.

If your first Pic is asbestos you can separate the fibers and check with a magnet as they should be magnetic. The fibers should be silvery to green in color and even yellow. That being said,I do not believe your rock is asbestos. The other rocks I believe you should crush to a powder and pan them to see what heavy minerals you end up with.If there is sulfides you can heat with a torch to burn off the sulfur then pan it also as some times sulfides Carry gold.If your rocks have little rust colored cubes chances are it will be limonite .I have samples of limonite that I found in a rhyolite contact that has gold sticking out of it. If you are looking for gold check out any quartz that has a rust or black streaks. Most pure white quartz is barren of mineral. If you found them in a vien check out the wall rock on either side of the vien as the contact on one side or the other may carry mineral.    Frank C.
