Also, you asked about taking pictures. My seceret is, shine a bright light from the side of the find so the light passes over the coin or whatever. I use an old video light that mounted to my video camera. This highlights the high areas and tends to darken the lower areas, a bit of trickery but, works well for pics. HH, Mike
