Great coin Lexess!
Thanks for sharing those pics - looks really cold..
Still have about 6-10 degrees C here in the UK, no sign of snow yet, so still able to get out between the rain.

Thanks. At us now temperature -12. Tomorrow weather forecasters promise  -25,-30, But not for a long time, recently winters became very warm. Probably global warming is guilty. Two years on end for New year it is raining. That never was. That year the White sea did not freeze till January - for the first time for history of supervision over weather.

Minus 30 - that's cold!
As you say, difficult to dig anything in those temperatures - need a pick-axe to make a hole...
The old church looks like a really interesting place to detect around - good luck when the weather gets better!

Church old, but a place accessible. Only 4 km from Arkhangelsk. Nearby good road. My friend speaks that earlier here there were many finds. But this field is dug years by five if it is no more. That that was such coin on this field the big good luck. It silver and very small. Therefore the previous hunters probably did not begin to dig simply a signal very similar to a wire.
