Ed, about 10 miles from Helendale. Think I know exactly where the radar site is, I drive the dirt road north out of Helendale, cross 58 & straight to the solar plant I work at in Hinkley. I've thought about the Mojave river, there's a nature walk just this side of the old bridge b4 you get into Oro Grande. If you can think of or a close proximity where some of those sites are I love to hear from you. Thanks, Kevin

I don't mind pennies either Heathen, found a wheatie today. I was lucky for a while, I live in a closed community & I don't think it's been hit recently. I've MD it clean now, gotta find something else now & wait for this to fill back up. Undecided
