Go Up Go Down

gozzo,,Here! Here! I'm in the other hemisphere in Florida and this is our detecting time. In summer I just drive around in my air conditioned truck and look for good places to hunt the next winter. Although this summer I'm going to try some night time detecting. The temperature is around 80 F at daybreak in the summer. Today it was 75F. full sunshine a perfect day. I was out about 3 hours and found some more plumbing. I have quite a pile of brass plumbing pieces now. The house was razzed in 1950 and they left the plumbing laying all around.
Strange thing happened today. I was thinking how nice it would be if the farmer would mow the grass on the field I've been hunting for the past year. I was having to use my 5" coil and walk between the weeds. Well today when I arrived the field had been mowed. It was a beautiful sight.
