Go Up Go Down

I just went up to the mountains with the wife while she was bird watching, I was out M/D! I pulled up a bunch of aluminum cans (campers drinkin' their beers, etc.) and lots of empty shell casings from hunters making the camp fire and then shooting at everything. It was fun. Oh.. then get this ... my daughter who was with me was using my old Whites Classic II (yeah, it's really old but still works great!)... and she found a dime right on the surface next to our car! That was the only coin, (clad), but hey, it was FUN!

Happy Hunting all!

Sorry, didn't take any pictures this time of the findings.

Oh, and I'm guessing that a beer can (Coors) is not all that valuable? It had the old pull tab style removed from it. If that helps with the date of it?

Campers loose all sorts of goodies.  Knives, Even Guns.    Hit it any time you can.

Beer cans are valuable, but they loose there value very quickly.
Especially next to the camp fire or on a very hot day.

Yeah, all but one was completely smashed. The one had a lot of kinks in it.. I went out there just out of curiosity on eBay, and found tons of Coors near-mint condition for only 99c plus shipping, so they're not all that valuable. Still it was fun, and I'd certainly go again.

oh! I forgot to mention.. while I was up going through some of the bushes, I came out on one spot and found one of those new e-cigarettes! It was black colored and heavy too. Looked in really good shape. Tossed that thing in the trash right away!

I remember in the early 70s you couldn't get Coors on the east coast. Sometimes people would bring them in and would sell them for $1.00 a can and were full too!!   Grin

They all have value to the recyclers.
