What a story! I'd follow up on the law and get it in writing for next time.
A good line for  Police "I dig here regularly and can never locate prior digs...no dead patches"
About that silver quarter...what's up with that??? It seems like all the silver is in Chicago!...I'm sooo jealous!...

Come over and let's hunt together. There are a few folks that are silver killers in the woods. This is the first time I found silver in the woods and will keepo trying. I'm also looking and will carry those regulations with me. Also, evidence that what we collect the most is garbage. Thanks for looking
