Grin Grin You are a brave man LOL over here if I have to leave the bicycle unattended for five minutes it would disappear so I walk. I guess that I could make some sort of alarm system for it though (What's the world coming to)

Hi Bugfly

Are you going to try and find the owner of this watch?

Well it looks like it could have belonged to an elderly person and I'm sure that he'll be super happy to get it back. Do let us know the out come.

All the best

If the watch comes back into your possession, you'll always know when it's time to go  Detecting
And 10 pounds too, a nice day at the beach, for sure.

just   to say it works ok

i was just going to ask that. well done.
only thing on the beach here at the moment is raw sewerage!!
went to have a look at the state of the beach the other day, first time in a couple of months,
and with the high tides and storms we've had lately, there was a lot of shit washed up. literally!
another massive storm forecast for the next few days so either it gets washed away or we get more.
estimates are november before the pipes are in a state to cope and they stop pumping
into the sea and rivers.

but back to the watch...
what's your return rate from the old bill for finds?
