A couple of hours, but this is a place where a   LOT  of homeless people frequent, so there is tons of trash. I had my Super 12 coil on, so I need to go back wit my 6x10  or  4x6.  and a body gaurd.

Nice haul. Hey, that bullet is old. Go back to that area, there may be some silver and other old coins somewhere around.

What is the item in the upper left corner? Looks similar to something I've found (mine not as nice). I've seen similar before, even in a display case, but nobody knows what it is.

I dont do drugs, but my wife said what I first thought....something from a BONG ?? Wouldnt surprise me with all the bums around. So yeah, you might see one in a display case in a head shop.  Thats why I said I need to go back with a body gaurd.

I would definitley go back. That .56 cal bullet was common for the civil war rifles and muskets. the brass piece looke like the mouth piece to a hooka pipe. fairly new too.

A few months ago I found a few Indian Wars era bullets in the woods. Kept working that same area and found an 1880 and 1907 IHs, 5 buffalos, a bunch of wheaties, 3 silver quarters, 3 Rosies, 2 Mercs, a baby silver spoon, and a 1934 Aluminum token. Some old bottles on the side. I see those odd finds as clues to the presence of other good stuff and it works  Wink
