I found an old lipstick container today. Not a huge find by any means but I enjoy doing the research on what I've found. Finding the history on items for me makes the hobby much more enjoyable. It would appear that Helen Neuschaefer obtained a patent on this container in 1950 according to

If it weren't for the history, a lot of this hobby would be "junk collecting"....Throw in the history and it becomes "Relic Hunting".     An relic hunting is a blast.
