I guess they had a situation that was considered too good to be true so they screwed it up.
It's still better then what we have to contend with state side, although they haven't shut down our beaches to md .............yet.
Beach hunting used to be quite good but now everybody has a detector and they skim everything off  The best time to do beaches (ocean)
is right after a storm. Gold doubloons can be found off the Florida southern beaches after the ocean pushes them to shore after a storm
