someone in France found the same:

According to his statement, it 's a german cartridge 7,92x57:


P 315 = Märkisches Walzwerk GmbH de Strausberg
36 = 1936
3 = third week
S* = brass alloy case at 72 % of copper.

don't know how to recognize if it's a tracer armour-piercing bullet

Well the item is now identified.

7.92 x 57 is commonly referred to as 8mm Mauser.

As said before if you want the bullet identified you need to take it to someone close, as they need it in there hands to tell you what it is.
