Go Up Go Down

Well, this was a first for me (hehe yes, again)!
I was at a local park in the playground area, and got a hit on something shiny. I thought it was just a button, but when I turned it over, it didn't look at all like one. I was really confused on this guy!
So, I brought it home along with a few clad coins I picked up, and I asked my daughter - who both my wife and daughter are into sewing a bit. So, she said "Oh! I think I know what that is ..." She took it from me and opened up the back - it had a hinge on it and I didn't even see that! So, it's a button cover. Sure enough, I looked pictures up on the internet and confirmed what she said it was.
That's pretty cool.

I've also just broke the 100 cents found mark for the year! Woohoo. Yeah, most was clad, but still that's pretty awesome.

Cheers

Very cool, Zul!  I don't know that I have ever seen a button cover before, either!  Thanks!    Great

That's what I was thinking - but then I found it in the kids play area. Huh.

Means Nothing around here.  The Little Espanic girls play in the park decked out in Gold Chains, Ear Rings and what not.   Cheesy

We keep finding those odd things that we never have seen before.
I once found a tiny locket with a compartment inside for really small pictures. The pics were gone, but it is made of silver so it's a keeper.
