Hi All! Back from our trip to Puerto Rico. It's been hectic getting back into the swing of work and honey do's! Didn't find as much as I thought I would, But when the weather and the conditions permitted I worked the water as much as I could. I worked the water with the Excal II and the dry sand with the Fisher F75LTD. I love that Fisher. Super fast tracking and on the money id. I found one silver medallion 14K that weighed 15.8 gr. and one small 14K band that weighed.8 gr. I found 138 pennies, 20 nickels, 43 dimes, and 77 quarters with both machines and about a 50 gal. drum of pull tabs and bottle caps with the excal. One night after a storm I found a small cloth bag with a $20.00 bill and a $1.00 bill. The next night I found 3 $1.00 bills rolled up in the sand with a penny in them. All together I found $49.94 in coins and cash and the two pieces of gold. That didn't compare to the breathtaking beauty of the beaches. My wife and I snorkled almost every day and words cannot describe. Great vacation, waiting to get back in the water here though, Still a little too cold. Why don't somebody come and force me to go hunting with them? I'm always ready! 38fordpu

darn good return.....as for snorkeling---spending face time with the fish is one of the few things I enjoy more than swinging the detector, so I can't blame you there.

What a great find! can I ask, were you digging every target? I noticed you said you had a large amount of pull tabs and bottle caps.

Looks like some great finds to me, congrats! And Im glad to hear about the good word on the fishers 75, thats my future detector!
