Don't post my finds very often but this one was a bit odd.

 I hunt what you can of the old Camp Cody just a mile or so from the house here from time to time.

 

Never find a whole lot .

 Buttons, Ammo Brass, A few other goodies. Coins are far and few between.

 The boys didn't have much at the time I guess.

 Most of the Old Good spots are now private properties or fenced up by the city.

 I have a couple of open spots that have produced a bit.

 Ok, Gotta wonder how a 1912 Silver Canadian 5 cent peace found it's way to the Tent City! LOL

It does make a person wonder just how old foreign
silver coins manage to wander sooooo far from home.

Friday the 6th of Jan I find this coin. New Mexico's Admission to Union is January 6, 1912!
 
A 1912 Canadian Silver 5 Cent Peace.
 
How ta Hell that got to the Tent City is behond me.
 
Is that some kinda weird Ju Ju, or What?

That coin is a must find here in Canada, it is our smallest coin in silver the victorian ones are very pretty........good find....Johnnn
