Does anyone have any clues on how to find out if they are worth anything to collectors or if they are fake,  or fed res just says that so they wont have to cash them?

According to what I have heard, these bonds can be traced to the Freemasons, who had conspired to start two world wars and convince all the nations to trade in their gold for these bonds, essentially safekeeping receipts. WWII were fought in order to take control of the public's gold, The West, control of the financial system, fell into the hands of fanatical religious cultists who wanted to artificially make the prophecies in an ancient religious text (the Torah or Old Testament), come true. When WWII ended, instead of global development, the religious cultists started the “Cold War”. Their aim was to stage an end-times war that would result in the death of 90% of humanity and leave the remaining 10% of humanity as slaves of the cultists. The bonds represent money lent which was supposed to be used for good, but instead has been used to secure a huge proportion of humanity’s wealth to create an interconnected fiat debt system which literally assigns a value to each person’s soul.

Where is your proof that the Freemasons are responsible for starting two world wars?  So far you have cited one article that has a whole lot of holes in it both from the basis of time lines and accepted academic standards.

What EXACTLY are you trying to achieve here?

Contact the Federal Reserve Bank.    They said they did NOT Issue them   .   What you going to do?   Take them to Court and prove they did?

The bonds are real. From what I have heard they are traded on a very august level, far from the sight of we ordinary mortals. Thus, there is no mention of this type of bond in Wikipedia or on any other "respectable" web site. The Federal Reserve of New York is lying when it claims that such bonds do not exist. Give Hans a cigar!
