Sunday was a warm day, its this time of year that you don't know what to wear so I got cooked.
Anyway we had a great day with some nice finds,
My buddy got two nice Victorian nickles a British halfpenny 1916 a nice boy scout badge, these seem to turn up all along the river.
I found a "seated liberty dime"1853 and in the same hole a 1919 "Wheat" penny a lead seal from an army ammo box dated 189? .
Two chunks of mortar shell 12" type and this was strange because these weapons were only fired from ships or buildings so its not clear from where they were fired.
Some bits of horse bridlery and an 1881 Indian head penny.
