Third pic looks like another piece of drug paraphenelia. If I were you, I would sell the first item to the nearest tweaker... $20 seems fair  Grin

Item 3 looks like the internal pin for an overdrive in an older Pontiac (I think) 4 speed automatic. It was an automatic in that you needed no clutch to shift but you had to move through the gears one by one. It wasn't very popular and only saw limited production. The overdrive was for passing and it worked by twisting the tee handle. As long as you were accelerating or holding the accelerator steady, it stayed locked. When you released the pedal, it unlocked the overdrive and went back to 4th gear.

Youre third item appears to be a controller ball from a modern faucet. The stem would attach to the handle for control of the water flow.
I even have apicture for you now. It is from a Delta Fuacet.
