Got it in 3 Tone mode not that deep at all, maybe 6". Its worn and hit down at "79". Site has been hit so hard though by me and many others--with some very modern machines. Really all about coil control (acquiring targets) and taking a second to verify your signals with this machine. This is an old site that's produced Victorian stuff too--have a sense that with the Racer 2 it's wide open---just have to keep learning and not be intimidated my the masses of (truck grove--no less!) iron. Got a Victorian half and an 1870 dime near where this one came out--I know there's more. One thing that Ty Brook taught me is that when you know it's there--the ball's in your court--keep trying.

Nice find. Looks like you are giving the Racer a real workout.

Thanks Knight
Ya, and enjoying it--very different from anything I've used save for the Deus.  It has nice audio really lets you hear what's mixed in with the iron.  Great that it has a bit more accuracy than the R1 too.
Good Luck
