The new lots wore me out. UN-believable amounts of iron. digging, raking, dragging magnets through the dirt. rolled up lots of old wire, found my first MD discovered wheat penny (1958) thirteen cents total, the main gas line (still intact, and unharmed) and one serendipitous puppy.

thanks, Robroy59. there will be more down there. these are lots in an old residential neighborhood, old houses recently removed. come spring, new foundations being put in but I have permission for now til landscaping. hunting for a magnetic sweeper with some muscle.
