It is not branded, I had problems with shipping as I am in Europe and not EU.
It would be too much for my budget.
I found that scoop on Ebay... called "Standart-10" sand scoop
Guy selling Nel coils from Ukraine made a good offer.
About 70$ shipped to me. Without handle.
2mm SS
Holes 10mm.

I am happy for now.

I bought it just before I started snorkeling so it waited few months to be used properly.
