Go Up Go Down

I was able to get out last weekend and found another Indian Head about 1/4 mile from where I found my first one. This is an 1864 and was actually on top of the ground. Found parts of an old fishing reel and several overall buttons or snaps.

Thanks, the shot shell brass always gets me but I kind of like finding them. I have found several that date late 1800’s early 1900’s. I have cleaned a few and am going to make a display. Once done I will post a pic.

You can look them up with little trouble.  There's a whole industry on collecting the things.
