Go Up Go Down

Done another short hunt on lake
3 1/2 hours total

Started with sand scoop but after 30 minutes and only 2 targets retrieved
I switched back to snorkeling.

It was a bit cold even with a wet suit.

Loot for this hunt.
Crusty silver necklace - it was hard to clean - broken in few places and tied with a string.
Was in water for a long time.
Silver ring is also broken - but nice design. Unique.

Had a visit from large fish that cruises around.
Close to touch and grab Smiley (fish and chips)

April - August ... for now
Don't know how much stuff is there but I will continue until I have another location.
End of September is beach time.

Water temp 71. That isn't too bad. Guess the wet suit allows you to detect longer.

I don't get out of water too much.
Few minutes for changing batteries in camera or water brake.
Deeper I go it is colder and on edges...
And I take care of my body that way.

neat video.   You found a bunch of electrical spade terminals. Wonder how they got there, especially as they were not connected to any wire?

I am digging them in past 4 months ... maybe 30 so far ...
I am thinking that someone had bunch of them and spilled the box ... maybe it was from a boat or something ...
this place was surface mine but I found them only in small area 10x10m

I guess the water shrinks the wrists and fingers and loosens up those silver items.
Great day scooping them up .

Chain snapped - it was repaired before with a string
and ring is probably been lubricated and finger shrunk a bit.
