I wish I had a camera but haven't got one yet. Today I found a lot of junk including a silver plate table spoon made by ONEIDA COMMUNITY which from research on the internet seems to have started out as a mid 19th century Protestant religious sect and some of the members started making silver plateware and other items to sustain their community. Today the company is largely involved in making stainless flatware of all kinds, but from what ive read the religious community fell apart around 1880-1881 and turned fully corporation.
