Got to love it when those old aspirin tins actually open and close without breaking  Smiley .  They may be common, but I still like finding them.    Have you found a metal Doan's Pills container yet?

By the way, be careful with your small trash.....my wife has found more than a few small round items about the size of penny that turned out to be corroded Railroad union buttons and/or uniform buttons.   Didn't look like squat when she found them, but when she cleaned 'em they were legible.

Good advice, BA. Never clean your finds in the field. Take it all home and continue your treasure hunt in comfort.

Thanks BA,
 I love finding the smalls out there Lord knows I have found my share of large iron. I have not found the Doan's tin yet lot of other pieces of  tin powder cans though. I do have a lot of penny sized things i haven't cleaned yet i will take a good look at them,thanks for the advice...
