Isn't it fun to try and imagine how it came to be where it was found? You live in a part of the world that has a long history of human occupation. You'll probably find much more evidence of that occupation as time goes on.

It is made of cupper/nickel/zinck alloy (called alpaka silver or just new silver, used to be quite common material, today it is only used for spring contacts in electrionics and those "cupper" appearing coins). I found it under ground of shallow waters of Sochia river (some 20 cm deep in the sand, not very deep) most probably it is WW I era, there ware quite heavy fightings in this area, in 12 offenzives over 5 milion heavy  cannon shalls (over 1t) ware fired  and over 1 milion soilders died. The river turned red, rusty guns, cannons and other military equipment is still laying all over.
