Maybe 3.5 inches down... was about 12" away from a pecan tree. Site of an old Cafe Hotel. I found a relic out there too that I need to post under the "What is it" forum.... either a buckle or picture frame.... or something like that.

Yes I would certainly think that there are more goodies to be found there.  Take your time and comb over the area carefully...you never know what else could turn up.
