Well I guess this is because I live in a transient society here in the SW.  
Not every day one finds a coin from Belize but here I can imagine someone dropped it as they were traveling thru.

Does this one qualify as my first Dollar coin?  I think it does LOL

And then there is this mineral from the gravel of my back yard.  It is Silver bearing ore, likely from the Santa Cruz river where the gravel was taken.  Lots of silver mining around Tucson in the near past.
