I'm guessing the item on the bottom-left is a pull-tab. Glad I could help.

Good eye, thanks alot! I guess I just forgot to take it out.  Thanks for the inspirational words johnnn, I'm new to this and I can see how one could be easily discouraged. My wife is not nearly as patient as I am (lol) so I end up hunting alone most of the time! Thanks again, Scott

Hey Scott,
Do not dispare, there is absolutely NO WAY I would ever take my wife into the bush to detect"when I was younger" I chased her thought the bush  [funny]a few times. Taking a pee in the bush "or worse" I would have to carry her out again
and of course she would have do her "make up" every ten minutes that's why we have an unwritten agreement I don't ask her to go to nasty places and she doesn't ask me to "SHOP"

Sound's like a good arrangement. I hate going shopping with my wife. I can view everything in a store in about 15 minutes, two hours makes me grumpy.

I like that term ringpull. I thought it was the flower mode! But museum made more sense to me. Thanks so much Lee, that definitely helps!
