Hi Johnnn ,nice finds , i live in Essex and find some great finds [ you must be in the bit of essex ] Ifind saxon roman mediveal and all the rest .You will have to try harder  Great

Hi SF, The farm is in Loughton and the guy who owns it is a "hobby" farmer so its all pasture land and I can drive all over it I will find some goodies one day its so close to London that there has to be some good finds apart from the shrapnel.....HH...johnnn

Hi John ,I have no grass on my farms all plough fields ,new bits come up every year .I find a lot of shrapnel ,its all over essex .My farms are not near London [ Chelmsford] Roman town .Better luck next year . Great
