Hi people here is a coin its hammered but in poor condition bent up very thin. I not sure if it is a british coin i cant find anything like it. And this other item looks like some type of pin badge type thing??  Happy hunting Smiley  Detecting

Hey, Lee.....I think you're on the right track on the pin thing.  It looks like the pinback to hold a ribbon or a suspended badge like the ones that were popular in the late 19th century.

As for the coin, it's in pretty rough shape without much detail showing, but I think the square within a square is probably rare enough that it can help us nail it down a bit.   Who knows, once we find the first solid clue, the rest may fall in place.

Its a 1553 Hans Schultes I 'Ship penny' jetton! Well chuffed one o my best recent finds Cheesy   Cool  HH  Detecting

The coin looks very much like a jetton "foreign" the other item probably an attachment from an item of leather maybe horse or belt....HH...Johnnn
