Go Up Go Down

I am very happy to say that the ring made it back home this afternoon. Not only did the owner perfectly ID the ring he was also able to tell me where he lost it. He said he lost it about a year ago. (which means it was lost right after he recieved it) and he was getting used to the fact of it being gone. Needless to say He was very happy to have it back and I am very happy to have been able to return it. I think I am just as happy returning it as I was when I found it. lol.  Grin

Just getting used to the idea that he'd lost it - for sure, he'll never forget you or your kindness! Clapp

Its good to see somebody cares enough to find the owner of some of their valuable finds .  Just imagine if you lost something of value or sentimental to you it would hurt a bit .  I remember years ago we lived on a dairy farm and my mum was weaning a calf  from its mother by putting her hand in  a bucket of milk  then let the calf suck her hand then leading the calf to the milk , she discovered the calf sucked her wedding ring off her finger , 12 months later the boy nextdoor found the ring in some dung out in the paddock . these finds have to be better than a million to one chance
