Went to the old ball park again today and was not expecting to find much but as I was making my way back to the truck I got a very unusual signal checked it out in analyze mode and it was about 5" deep but it bounced between nickel and iron and as high as penny or 78 VDI went to pinpoint mode and for me that was enough information for me to dig with a solid 22.5 KHz bar. So at about 5.5" there it was a 1945 S silver nickel on top of a big hunk of coal wow was I excited and the V3 made the difference because I had information about this target to make me dig, and I also pulled two wheat's from ground just like this a 1941 and a 1944.

A choice find. I always leave my detector on when I'm going back. I guess I'm getting superstitious. Its just that I've hit something so many times and sometimes it is the best find of the day!
