Go Up Go Down

Went out to one of my best fields ,looking to find some great bits  Detecting The stubble on the field was to high so its a no go . Angry So its on to my other field next door .This is a bad field for me as in the past have had on finds on it . No no! Well after 2 hours and still no finds I look at the car and think time for a drink and a new field .Just then I get a good signal and out pops GOLD  Great part of a Edward 111 Gold Noble .My next hour is spent looking for the other part .No gold found but did find Elizabeth 1st silver Half groat and a silver sixpence of Victoria . So not a bad field after all .Will be going back to look for the other half next week .

One can only wonder HOW IN ELL that stuff got there .  I mean seriously.  What took place in order for all these Gold and Silver trinkets to be lost, ditched and or scattered about like this.  Coincidental Loss ?  Na, too many finds being had.   This stuff was way too precious at the times to be lost to carelessness I would think ?  I keep getting pitchers of BAD BAD things taking place in my head here.
