I hunted a much detected park. I hit an area that showed very little potential of finds. Looks can be deceiving.
I found multiple spills since the homeless sleep there and their change spills out during their drunk or drug related states.
I managed to dig up $10.25 in clad included was a Sacky dollar.
My buddy found a "Nitro necklace"
Overall it was a great day.

What are the chances of finding a P 38 on a key chain. It must have been a veteran.

It just goes to show that we have to do some exploring and getting the layout of the area for areas that might yield finds.
I usually think about where I would hang around the most or where the kids tend to play so they won't be in the way of the parents or relatives.
That area is where the homeless hang out during the day. They get drunk or whatever and lie down for a nap. I don't hang around there until they leave or the area is clear.
I usually am not bothered by them. The headphones help since they think that I can't hear them. I don't turn my back on them though. I don't trust them . When they ask me for money, I tell them that if I had money I wouldn't be doing what I'm doing for spare change. They only want to money to buy beer or drugs most of the time anyway.

Nice little handful of items that you find, nice!! There really isn't ever a truly hunted out spot. No matter how much people have detected there. There are a lot more people going to the park and losing things than there are people detecting it. There is always bound to be something to be found.
