Im sticking with the temp gauge theory on this one there are a lot of different types but it looks like it has a male spade connector on it, bent and mangeled up, but thats what it looks like I attached a picture but I couldnt make it bigger sorry.Foiled

I'm going with Foiled or dougb on this one.  It looks like a sending unit of some kind, with connectors for wires.  As a second guess, it does resemble a drain plug type of thing...  but then why the apparent electrical connectors?  Crazy
