this is another Jimby classic find a sweet silver addition to my collection.
1914- 1918 George V silver medal. 38 mm 28.5 grm.   [rider] this was an online research find.

I also have the very same medal, found many years ago I sent the info from around the edge to a site in the UK and got to know a lot about the soldier who was awarded it, my next move is trying to locate family members so I can return it...........HH......Johnnn

I got one too some years ago, with a name written on the edge.
i did try to find more info about it with no luck.

that would be cool to know what this was awarded for the graphics on this one are just way cool ,I love coins of all nations but the European nation designs on coins and medals
 can just be outright fantastic and tell a story.
