H.B. Strombo token

While metal detecting in Pine River, Minnesota, I found a token with H.B. Strombo & Co, Garretson, South Dakota. On the back it says Good for 5 cents. I haven't been able to find out what type of token it is, although I think It is from the 1920's. Any additional information would be appreciated. Since I am on the road, I can't attach a photo.
