I found this K Wolens anniversary token, its made of brass I think, and has a hole drilled to wear as a neck chain. Alas I didn't find the gold chain!   I found out it is from a store in Corsicana TX., about 50 miles from here.  IT is collectable, but I don't have any idea if it is worth anything, or how to store it.  Any suggestions woulld be helpful.

Brad

Are you sure that was meant to be worn on a neck chain?  I'd bet that it was meant to be a key fob and the hole was for the key chain to go through.....that was a pretty common advertising device for the time period.   The key chain would have been a 3 inch or so length of the type of chain used in ceiling fan switch pulls.   I've  still got a few examples in various junk boxes (as well as an old plastic Esso key chain I keep on display)

Thanks, That could be.  I hadn't thought about it being fob.
