May I ask a question? Is the blue color considered a false patina and the medal is rather made of brass?

I will soon post on one of my token finds that I thought was made of bronze and after some cleaning with dishwashing soap and a tootbrush, the bronze tone started to fade and the new color showing on the high areas is rather silverish

Never mind, a closeup picture to the faded part showed that the coin was made of brass.

The blusih color is just from the lighting or camera pixels. it's actually blackish oxide forming on the surface of the medal.

It would be nice to see your other tokens & medals!

you have a nice arsenal of swords to swing!

I'm still trying to narrow that choice down for myself, and looks like maybe 2 is the answer for me, one for the sand & another for the wet sand surf line and surf.

Cheers & I'm wondering how Richard is doing these days, haven't seen him on board in awhile?

Jim
