Honestly? The value of your collection is bullion value so why don't you just cash it in and use the cash to buy your machine? If you have the time, eBay auctions are far more lucrative than bullion value for them as well.

And I have thought about it.  But I buy and sell on there all the time.  Sometimes it takes forever to sell something and I have had a rash lately on people just not paying or taking their own sweet time at paying.  I realize that if I did put them on ebay, I could probably get more than the silver value, but I thought that would entice someone to maybe deal.

If I don't get any takers by Monday, I guess that is what I will do.

Thanks, the old 49er

I wish you luck. The high price of metals at the moment has a lot of people afraid of the gold market. I'm not invested anywhere right now. I was in the stock market but moved into gold just before the market tanked two years ago. I rode the gold market until this past January when I got off and moved into a 7 month term CD. It's safe at 6.25% and I'll be needing the capital in October in the US. I thought that gold had topped out at $1100 but I was wrong. Such is life.
