Are you aware that the quote aint working? any how to you previous post.

Yes I think that it could work better than the inductance meter only thing is I'm going to have to build a frequency meter the one that I had got broken.

We are close to Johannesburg that is where we mine all the gold in SA well most of it like 99% of it

Homie, our gold is deep gold in hard rock. Surface or eluvial gold is not the norm in this country  No no! I wish we could find gold like you guys do, that would be great  Great

X, maybe you need a multitester with resistance, capacitance, frequency etc, that would help you lots  Kiss not sure what they cost, but it would be worth while for you.

Hi Dude Pgill

I have a multimeter it can tell me frequency (bull) it can tell me pulse and it can tell me temperature (like I need that) I do have the home made inductance meter (works great) and it can also measure capacitance (not so great) then I had a frequency counter (Bull again you don't count frequency) but it worked great as a pulse counter which is what it was. But enough of this here is what I did today went and got sixty bags of feed for the cattle and while I was there I spoke to the man in charge of sales in the feed department well to cut a long story short I finally found out why I cant get my cattle to put on weight they are short of phosphate in their daily feed then I went to my supplier and got the components for the VLF and proceeded to do the build but hey managing the far and doing a build just don't go together so I gave up on the build till tomorrow morning SO how was your day (And no I'm not going to take the mickey out of you to night)

Hi Homefire

I use a PC Scope but it's really to slow to give you a good visual of what's happening (even at low frequencies) so I decided that after the Op I would simply go and get me an oscilloscope as nowadays they are so cheap that I just don't see any good reason to struggle with something like a PC scope just not worth the stress.
